The Lagoh shopping center has the RECOP service (ECOP in operating centers), exclusive to Optima Project since 2020. To develop this service, the company puts at the disposal of the asset a team, led by Xavi Amorós, with the necessary capacities for the coordination and management of private works. Despite being a recently opened center from Optimum, the commercialization of the available premises is favored since the greatest value of an asset are its operators. The care, coordination and management of each work is of vital importance, as it will always add value to the centre.
