The Ànec Blau shopping centre has had the RECOP (ECOP in operation) service, exclusive to Optima Project, since 2014. The company puts at the disposal of the asset a team, led by Xavi Amorós, with the necessary capacities for the coordination and management of privative works. To date, more than 100 commercial premises have been managed in this project, including new entrances and renovated premises.

Óptima Project has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation, and thanks to which it has carried out an ENVIRONMENTAL ISO 14001 project to support the creation and consolidation of innovative companies. To this end, it has had the support of the Sustainability Programme 2021 of the Alicante Chamber of Commerce.
