The FAN MALLORCA shopping center, located in the Balearic Islands, has the RECOP service (ECOP in operating centres), exclusive to Optima Project, since 2017. The company puts at the disposal of the asset a team, led by Xavi Amorós, with the necessary capacities for the coordination and management of privative works. To date, more than 20 commercial premises have been managed in this project, counting new entrances and renovated premises.
