Last September, Óptima Project and SINCEO2 signed a strategic agreement with the Association of Commercial Space Owners (APRESCO).

Thanks to this agreement, companies associated with APRESCO and customers of Optima Project that make investments in energy efficiency or have made them after 26 January 2023 will be able to manage the processing, obtaining and selling their CAEs with SINCEO2 under special conditions:

•   Guaranteed minimum prices for the sale of CAEs.

•   Expert technical advice for the identification of investments likely to generate CAEs.

•   Processing and management of all the aspects necessary for obtaining and selling CAEs, both of investments already made and of potential future investments.

This agreement is particularly relevant for the shopping centre and business park sector, which invested more than €350 million in 2023 in upgrading, rehabilitating and maintaining its assets, a significant part of which is for energy efficiency actions likely to generate CAEs.

For Manuel Caballero, " The agreement guarantees our customers and partners of Apresco, not only a rather high price and in our opinion hard to surpass, also guarantees two aspects, which for us are equally important, the maximum simplicity possible in the protocol of processing, Support in obtaining documentation of the interventions already carried out, and of course technical support in future actions to maximize the CAEs. Our intention is that no CAE will be lost due to difficulties in processing and maximize them in future interventions, with this spirit the tender and subsequent agreement with SINCEO2 has been made. All this to drive sustainable interventions in assets".
