The Bonaire (Valencia) shopping center reopens today, February 13, its doors after almost four months of hard work rehabilitating the areas affected by the Dana, which last October left much of the perimeter area of Valencia devastated.
Óptima Project is part of the team, made up of the URW property, carrying out the tasks of ECOP, coordinating and managing the actions of works and improvements in the private premises of the center. A team of five people led by Manuel Caballero, CEO and Technical Director of the company.
This 2025, Óptima Project celebrates 20 years of technical service in the retail sector, the experience implicit in all these years are a guarantee of the good work and professionalism that the company has put into this project, because it has been a challenge for the demand, the short-term nature and critical situation in the area.

Óptima Project has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation, and thanks to which it has carried out an ENVIRONMENTAL ISO 14001 project to support the creation and consolidation of innovative companies. To this end, it has had the support of the Sustainability Programme 2021 of the Alicante Chamber of Commerce.
