The As Termas shopping center, located in Lugo, has the RECOP (ECOP in operation) service, exclusive to Optima Project, since 2017. The company puts at the disposal of the asset a team, led by Xavi Amorós, with the necessary capacities for the coordination and management of privative works. To date, more than 25 commercial premises have been managed in this project, including new entrances and renovated premises.

Óptima Project has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation, and thanks to which it has carried out an ENVIRONMENTAL ISO 14001 project to support the creation and consolidation of innovative companies.
