The El Rosal shopping center, located in Ponferrada, has the RECOP (ECOP in operation) service, exclusive to Optima Project, since 2017. The company puts at the disposal of the asset a team, led by Xavi Amorós, with the necessary capacities for the coordination and management of privative works. To date, more than 40 commercial premises have been managed in this project, including new entrances and renovated premises.
