The Albacenter shopping center has the RECOP service (ECOP in operating centers), exclusive to Optima Project. From the company a team, led by Xavi Amorós, with the necessary capacities for the coordination and management of private works is put at the disposal of the asset. To date, more than 50 commercial premises have been managed in this project, counting new entrances and renovated premises.
