The Marineda City shopping center located in A Coruña seeks to renew its facilities and image of the asset to be able to compete at the highest level with the rest of commercial offers in the area.
For this they have our ECOP service, with the objective of managing and coordinating the privative works. Starting the project in 2024 and with an end forecast in autumn 2025, Marineda is in a phase of change and improvement.
The asset is currently owned by Merlin Properties.
